TO ACCESS HOME: Door from Driveway (first floor) : Numeric Passcode  2471 as of June 20, 2013

KEYS:  Located inside first floor unit on wall board or on shelf (2 steps inside)

BLUE KEYCHAIN: 2nd Floor Key (Door in back off second floor deck)     

GREEN CHAIN: Downstairs key

RED KEYCHAIN: All other doors such as storage, laundry etc.

Parking for Max of 8 Vehicles Only on Premises  on driveway and across road                

Check- In: 3:30pm Saturday -    Check out: 10am Saturday

Before departure please remember to:

1.   Clean out refrigerator from food and drink. PotsPans/Dishes/cups/utensils cleaned and placed in cabinets.

2.   Place all garbage bags into outside cans located in rear yard near fence. Use ONLY Town of westerly, orange garbage bags provided  - Trash pickup on Wednesday and Saturday morning, picked up from where garbage cans are located.

3.  Leave linens in rooms. No need to wash linens or towels.

4.  Wipe all surfaces so that they are free of grease and food.

5.  Do not re-arrange furniture inside home.  Please do not move beds. Owner will retain $75 from deposit for moving furniture

6.  Leave keys on table or counter/ beach passes on refrigerator. Please notify us of lost passes immediately!

7.  Wi-Fi internet at home. Network name: KOZ Password: 4016374912

8.  Phone number to house: 401-637-4912 (U.S. Calls free)

9.  Futon in downstairs kitchen not to be used as a bed. Please refrain from unfolding.

10. Please Leave remotes for air conditioner in proper room. These are the only way to operate air conditioners

 

In the event that a pet, house party, excess persons, disturbances to neighbors, or illegal substances is found or report  on the premises during your stay,  are not allowed per agreement, Landlord/owner shall have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately with no refund of monies paid.
Please be respectful of neighbors and no loud music/outside gatherings after 10pm. on weekdays.

Childrens Supplies: Pack and Play located in upstairs hallway closet and accessories in childrens room closet. Child cot and toddler mattress’s, bed guard located in closet also. Extra child guard for bed located downstairs. Stair gates, one installed on back deck stairs, other gate is optional and pressure mounted should you chose.

 

NOTE:***If you hear a loud siren, generally at noon everyday***, that is the towns old system of alerting its noon time. Its also the system used to notify the volunteer firefighters of a fire call. I apologize in advance if this happens at night. We have asked the fire department to form a new system as this old system is extremely disturbing.
